Bruno DiFabio, six-time World Pizza Champion, restaurateur, and television personality, was born to Italian immigrants in Yonkers, New York. A pizza prodigy from the age of 10 as the grandson of the landmark Tony’s Italian Kitchen on the West Side of Manhattan, Bruno mastered the New York–style pie early in his adulthood, opening his first pizzeria right out of college. Not satisfied, Bruno’s second education came when he studied abroad under master pizzaiolos in Italy, eventually mastering the science of Neapolitan and Romana style pizza — earning him one of only a few highly coveted certifications of True Authentic Neapolitan Pizza from the VPN association.

My name is Natasha Fleming and I’m a townie. You can call me Tash or Tashi as well. I’m 29 years old and have lived here over 20 years. When I’m not bartending I love to spend time with my daughter Cora and my husband Joe. My drink of choice is tequila although it does have a tendency to get me in trouble. I don’t usually like fruity drinks because of all the extra sugar but I can make a mean Margarita! The VT Margarita is my concoction! Please come in and say hi even if you decide to steer clear from the bar. I can help point you in the right drink direction! Cheers!
